From campaign idea to published posts, Stanley handles the entire employee content workflow.
Companies create a campaign, invite employees, help them write with AI, review submissions, schedule content, and reward employees when they publish.
After building the MVP, we became our own first customer.
After shipping the MVP, my team and I ran an internal campaign at Stan. The goal was to test the full experience end to end, from inviting employees to publishing posts and earning rewards. It gave us a real environment to see where people got stuck, iterate and measure performance.

We launched the MVP to ~65 employees at Stan
Fewer than 20% participated in the first week, which quickly showed us that simply launching a campaign was not enough.

Post about whatever you want: your work, something you’re figuring out, an opinion you can’t shake. There’s no pressure to mention Stan. This is about you building your personal brand!
How to get started:
- You’ll receive an invitation to your Stan email (it might land in spam...we’re fixing this!)
- Go through onboarding and connect your LinkedIn
- You’ll land on the homepage where you can join a new campaign
- Join the EGC campaign and start drafting!

The initial participation metrics weren’t great.
I built a design system for our AI coding agents
I turned the visual system into reusable tokens, components, and rules that could be used directly in the product and followed by AI coding agents. Codex helped with the repetitive work of binding variables, auditing states, and verifying consistency while I defined the visual and interaction rules.
